Draw a line in the sand. Protect ocean wildlife.

Cashes Ledge could safeguard thousands of ocean-dwelling creatures, but only if we convince the Biden administration to grant it permanent protection.

As fish populations in the rest of the Gulf of Maine plummet, the life-filled waters of Cashes Ledge offer a tantalizing target for bottom trawling. These modern trawlers could wipe out sea anemones and shred kelp forests, creating a cycle of damage and death throughout the Cashes Ledge ecosystem.

Together, we can draw a line in the sand around Cashes Ledge, providing permanent protection to one of the Atlantic’s last wild places.
