Tell Target: Stop selling bee-killing neonic pesticides

Target CEO Brian Cornell,

Across the country, bees are dying.

Thousands of honeybee colonies were lost in the last year alone, and between 2006 and 2015, roughly 25% fewer bee species were spotted in the wild than were spotted before 1990.

And yet we continue releasing millions of pounds of neonicotinoid pesticides into our environment each year, despite the crystal clear science that neonics are potent neurotoxins that kill bees and negatively impact hives for generations.

As a major retailer, Target can set an example in bee conservation by halting the sale of neonicotinoid pesticides. I urge you to be part of the solution and prioritize the health of our pollinators today.
