LOS ANGELES 1,200 MW LOCAL SOLAR ENDORSEMENT
The following individuals, businesses and organizations have endorsed this statement:
I’m proud of the progress Los Angeles has made on renewable energy, but we can and must do much more, putting solar on homes, schools and businesses, helping Los Angeles reduce air pollution and create local jobs.
Los Angeles should set a goal of building 1,200 MW of rooftop solar by 2020 to generate nearly 20% of the city’s peak summertime electricity needs, making Los Angeles a world-class solar city.
