Tell Gov. Newsom: Save solar for schools and farms

California is considering a utility proposal that would slow solar growth even more. The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is poised to vote to eliminate the state’s existing policy letting schools, farms and commercial buildings with multiple tenants access and benefit from new on-site solar panels.
