As we approach our state’s 150th anniversary in 2026, now is a great time to prioritize restoring a symbol of Colorado’s history and culture – the wild bison. Beside being majestic creatures, bison are a critical species for our ecosystems and the flora and fauna in our grasslands. Let’s prioritize efforts to support wild bison in Colorado.
