Keep toxic coal ash away from the banks of the Chattahoochee River

Georgia’s Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is evaluating a permit that will leave 6 million tons of toxic coal ash in the ground with limited protections in Cobb County on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. They are accepting comments from the public on this plan. Email them now to demand safe storage for coal ash, away from our waterways.
