Tell your governor to apply for monarch habitat funding by June 18

Monarch butterflies are in decline. There isn’t enough milkweed for the monarchs anymore. It’s one of the biggest challenges they face.

To help restore monarch habitat across the U.S., we helped convince Congress to create a new grant program that will help state governments invest in planting more pollinator-friendly habitat.

But to get the money and help the butterflies, your state will need to apply for a grant before the application deadline on June 18. Send a message to your governor to support expanding monarch habitat today.
