Support washing machine efficiency standards

In February 2023, The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) proposed the first update to federal efficiency standards for residential clothes washers in more than a decade. Finalizing these standards would ensure new washing machines waste less energy and water, saving money for their users and protecting the planet. The deadline for comments on the proposed standards is May 2, 2023.
