Supporters come together for Massachusetts Annual Meeting
Top supporters discuss recent accomplishments and plans for the future with senior staff at Environment Massachusetts' 2022 Annual Meeting.

Environment Massachusetts’ Annual Meeting is one of my favorite events of the year, hands-down. As environmental challenges mount, I love this opportunity to celebrate the past year’s accomplishments and talk about our plans for the future. Massachusetts State Director Ben Hellerstein shared the transformative power of Umass’s recent commitment to 100% renewable energy, protecting kids from lead in drinking water in schools, and our work to make our beaches safe for swimming. Wendy Wendlandt, the president of Environment America explained how policies like the Recovering America’s Wildlife Act can bring together Americans and political leaders from all walks of life and that we need to seek out those opportunities to protect our environment and move our country forward. I left the meeting uplifted and inspired, grateful to all the people who contribute to make this work possible.
