EPA Administrator Michael Regan:

Dicamba is a dangerous pesticide that’s been shown to drift for days after it’s sprayed, damaging crops and native plants alike. The Environmental Protection Agency’s own draft ecological assessment found it poses risks to birds, bees, fish and mammals.

It’s simply too dangerous to be used, and I urge your agency not to reapprove dicamba for use in 2024 and beyond.
