Senator Mike Lee posted late Saturday evening that he has pulled the public lands sell off language from the bill
Facing opposition from the outdoor recreation community, Republican elected officials, Democratic elected officials and environmentalists, Sen. Mike Lee has announced that the language requiring mandatory public lands sales is no longer in the “One Big Beautiful Bill.”
Environment America will continue to support our allies as we all work to make sure our public lands are not sold. We urge all Members of Congress to co-sponsor the Public Lands in Public Hands Act.
