Environment New Mexico Endorses State Candidates for Elected Office

Albuquerque, NM – Environment New Mexico, a citizen-based environmental advocacy project of Environment America, today announced its endorsement of Michelle Lujan Grisham for Governor, Stephanie Garcia Richard for Land Commissioner, Stephen Fischmann for Public Regulatory Commissioner District 5, and 13 House candidates. 

“Environment New Mexico’s members and supporters believe that defending our environment requires independent research, tough-minded advocacy, and spirited grassroots action. Michelle Lujan Grisham, Stephanie Garcia Richard, Steve Fischmann and these House candidates embody these ideals,” said Sanders Moore, Executive Director of Environment New Mexico.  

Environment New Mexico also endorses the following candidates for the New Mexico House of Representatives:

House District 20: Abbas Akhil
