Ban all plastic carryout bags in Oregon

We’ve known for a long time that plastic carryout bags are wasteful. We don’t really need them and they create plastic pollution in our communities and environment. That’s why we need to eliminate all plastic carryout bags in Oregon, including the thick plastic bags sometimes found at grocery stores and restaurants today.
