Pennsylvania and Minnesota vote by mail 2020

Environment America Action Fund conducted August and September 2020 calling campaigns in Pennsylvania and Minnesota assisting registered voters to submit vote by mail applications for the November general election. We made the calls as an immediate follow-up to a mailing these voters received providing them with a vote by mail application they could sign and return postage paid to local election officials. A key goal of these calling projects was to enable voters to vote safely during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Environment America Action Fund team explained to voters the process for submitting their absentee ballot applications and encouraged them to do so if they preferred to vote in this way. In total the project reached 114,991 Pennsylvania and Minnesota voters with this message.
