Our special guest speakers will be the Secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Cindy Dunn, whose agency spearheaded this effort, as well as Phil Wenger, President and CEO of Lancaster Conservancy who collaborated on the creation of the park in York County.
