Join an Induction Cooktop Demo Day at the Schuylkill Valley Community Library

Join us for an induction cooktop demo day to celebrate the PennEnvironment Research & Policy Center’s donation of two induction cooktops to the Schuylkill Valley Community Library!

As part of our effort to educate Pennsylvanians about going electric, we are excited to make this donation to help give local residents in Berks County the opportunity to use these great appliances.

Join us June 9th at 6pm to see a local chef do a demonstration of cooking with an induction cooktop — with some samples! Attendees will learn more about the benefits, ease, and efficiency of induction cooking, ask questions, and talk with staff from PennEnvironment and the library to hear more about our work and how you can get involved.
