Hydrogen 101

A primer on hydrogen energy and hydrogen hubs, and the challenges, pitfalls, and opportunities
Getting energy from hydrogen and hydrogen hubs has become a hot topic in the Keystone State and nationwide.
That’s why PennEnvironment is partnering with the Pennsylvania Legislative Climate Caucus, PennFuture, Conservation Voters of PA, and Clean Air Council to invite you to join one of Pennsylvania’s premier experts on hydrogen energy, the Ohio River Valley Institute’s Executive Director Joanne Kilgour, for a briefing and Q&A on the challenges, opportunities, and pitfalls of hydrogen energy and hydrogen hubs in 2023.
This briefing will be informative for any local, county or state officials who care about tackling climate change and learning about clean energy alternatives, as well as those who want to learn about potential hydrogen infrastructure like pipelines that could come through communities as part of the hydrogen hub build out.
NOTE: This briefing is an invite-only briefing for municipal, state, and federal elected officials and their staff. RSVP is required to attend.
