Help close a loophole that puts threatened pollinators and insects in Pennsylvania at risk

More than 75 species of threatened insects and pollinators are found in Pennsylvania. Yet loopholes in Pennsylvania conservation laws pose a major hurdle to helping these threatened species recover: no state conservation agency was ever given the authority to protect them.

Luckily, State Rep. Chris Pielli has proposed legislation to close that loophole, and give Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources authority to protect these vulnerable species and ensure their recovery. Ask your state representative to cosponsor this important proposal today.
