Houston Chronicle Editorial: Exxon Baytown case shows why citizen suits matter

The Houston Chronicle editorialized in support of our lawsuit against ExxonMobil today, writing “we believe that the appeals process has mostly worked as it should and arrived at a decision that should stand, despite ongoing protests from ExxonMobil…We think the current ruling should stand and we urge the court, however it decides to proceed, to continue to protect citizen suits.”
