U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service:

The American bumblebee used to be one of the most common bees buzzing throughout North America. But now, its population has shrunk and it’s missing entirely from eight states. Your own analysis found that the bumblebee’s population has declined nearly 90%.

American bumblebees are on the brink of extinction, but you can do something about it. Add the American bumblebee to the endangered species list and give this bee the protection it needs to recover.
