Tell Gov. Newsom: Include offshore wind funding in state climate bond

With steep cuts to California’s climate budget on the table to address the state’s deficit, a climate bond can continue funding critical climate programs. Upgrading and preparing California’s ports for the assembly, construction, and maintenance of offshore wind turbines is essential to achieving our future powered by 100% clean energy.

California must include $1 billion in its climate bond to support infrastructure needed for offshore wind and keep our clean energy transition on track. Tell Gov. Newsom to include $1 billion for upgrading offshore wind port infrastructure in a climate bond!
