Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan:

We were disappointed to see Bank of America undo its policy to not finance oil and gas exploration and drilling in the Arctic Refuge.

As your company notes, the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is a fragile ecosystem. Oil and gas drilling would destroy this precious habitat and put wildlife at risk, including polar bears, golden eagles and caribou. Financing drilling in the Arctic is a bad investment.

We urge Bank of America to keep its promise to its customers, its investors, and the wildlife of the Arctic Refuge, and restore its policy to not finance drilling in the Arctic Refuge.
