Tell the PA Department of Environmental Protection: Eliminate the “pollution exemption” for the Delaware River

For years, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA-DEP) has authorized a “polluter exemption” that allows increased pollution in the 27-mile stretch of the Delaware River that runs through Philadelphia.

The public has until Nov. 21 to submit their input calling on the PA-DEP to eliminate the “pollution exemption” once and for all and protect our Delaware River. Add your name today.
