Rasheer Blair is a member of the first class of graduates from the Energy Coordinating Agency’s Heat Pump Installer Technician program. He joined the program looking for a job and for a potential career.

Rasheer shared that upon completing the program and on-site job training he’s looking forward to “helping everybody out, installing these water heaters, saving folks money, and getting the job done.”
