No more pollution from Exxon

With frequent fires, explosions, and pollution violations, ExxonMobil is not a good neighbor to the Baytown community. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) should deny Exxon’s application to renew the Federal Operating Permit for the Baytown Olefins plant and force the company to cut its pollution as part of any renewal.
