It’s been a big summer for clean energy, both in California and across the nation. California’s legislature passed important legislation including SB 1020, which would speed up our transition to carbon-free electricity, and the state additionally set an ambitious target to achieve 25 gigawatts of offshore wind power by 2045.

The federal government made its largest investment ever in clean energy with the Inflation Reduction Act, which will make it easier for Americans to invest in solar, wind, and other efficient electric technologies.

So what’s next in the effort to repower California and America with 100% renewable energy?

Environment America and Frontier Group are hosting a “Uniting States for 100% Renewable Energy” webinar on Wednesday, Sept. 21 from 11:00am-12:00pm PT to discuss the latest trends, research, and state advocacy that will help California and America harness its abundant renewable energy potential.

RSVP now and join us for the “Uniting States for 100% Renewable Energy” webinar on Sept. 21 from 11:00am-12:00pm PT!

On the webinar we will unveil a new tool that shows how clean energy technologies are growing in the states. Stanford Professor Mark Z. Jacobson will explain the latest research on America’s renewable energy potential. State leaders like California’s own Senator John Laird, and advocates like Environment California’s Laura Deehan, will share the secret to their success in winning progress and what’s next on the road to 100% renewable energy.
