U.S. Department of Transportation showcases EVs

The U.S. Department of Transportation hosted a “Charging Forward” EV Symposium on Thursday in Washington, D.C. Our Destination: Zero Carbon campaign director Morgan Folger and excutive director of our Washington Legislative Office Lisa Frank attended to participate in stakeholder discussions and check out the showcase of electric cars, charging stations, and an electric semi-truck.

During the stakeholder meetings, Morgan weighed in on the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program to create a national network of EV charging stations, funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
