Students gather for a Lobby Day at the Massachusetts State House this week to build support for the 100% Clean Act. The bill, filed by Rep. Decker and Rep. Garballey, would transition Massachusetts to 100% clean electricity by 2035, and 100% clean heating and transportation by 2045.
